Seven size matches point to possible packaged malware components
Seven compressed objects report output sizes matching separately catalogued Windows executables or DLLs, suggesting packaged counterparts rather than unrelated files. The records do not establish identical contents or connect the compressed objects to the executable activity seen in sandbox reports.
A compressed file submitted as launch.exe contains a Windows executable with a reported uncompressed size of 176,386 bytes—the exact size of a separately catalogued executable identified as ntmstart.exe. That would be a modest lead on its own. In the records examined by CTX Threat Intelligence, however, the same relationship appears across seven compressed-file and executable candidates.
